Nafasi Fund’s new model of fiscal sponsorship centers the deeply personal connection that Black‑led organizations have to their work, and amplifies the connections they need to carry out that work with maximum impact. We offer the security of an audit‑worthy fiscal home for their grant funding with the responsive, personal touch they will need to quickly get their questions answered and needs met.

Connect to space
Nafasi Fund hosts a week-long annual retreat so that Black leaders audaciously spearheading social change can prioritize their wellness and avoid burnout. The Healing Retreat for Black Leaders provides a safe space for the leaders of fiscally sponsored organizations that centers their physical, emotional, and spiritual health.
