Meet Our Board

Toya Randall

Toya Randall is Senior Director of Community Initiatives in the office of the CEO at Casey Family Programs where she is responsible for a national portfolio of racial equity and multi-sector alignment initiatives focused on community health and safety, school justice reform, child well-being, and family strengthening. She is also the Catalyst & Curator of Voice. Vision. Value. Black Women Leading Philanthropy, a multimedia narrative platform that elevates and celebrates the historic leadership impact of Black women in professional philanthropy. Moreover, Toya Co-Chairs the Greater New Orleans Funders Network Board of Directors, serves on the Executive Committee of Communities for Just Schools Fund, and is a Board Trustee for The Giving Square in addition to Nafasi Fund. She is one of the founders of the Black Women in Philanthropy Leadership Retreat and an inaugural fellow for both the ABFE Connecting Leaders Fellowship and the Funders Network for Smart Growth P.L.A.C.E.S. Fellowship.

Chardinae Roy

Chardinae Roy is the Senior Manager for Nafasi Fund, coordinating philanthropy services and supports, strategic partnership development projects, and grantmaking strategies. She has previously managed consulting projects focused on diversity, equity, and inclusion in philanthropy and nonprofit sectors. Mrs. Roy graduated from Kent State University with a BS in integrated health studies and a minor in Pan-African studies.
